Comment: Non smoking room was on 5th floor up elevator and then stairs. No trolley for bags or help with baggage. It is OVER the train station. Heat was controlled by opening window. No airport shuttle. TV was 13 inch with limited channels. Very noisy corridors and walls. Staff was always "sorry" about the fact only 1 elevate ran at a time. We were offered a "better" smoking room but we needed a non smoking one. Not very mobility limited friendly.
