Dornoch should be explored over a 3-4 day period - there is so much to absorb and there are a number of golf courses and tourist attractions within easy driving distance. Highly recommended is a visit to the Eagle Hotel Pub - wonderful food, great atmosphere - price is right and the portions are enormous. Dornoch is best explored on foot - there are a number of little shops- a lovely town of approx. 2500 friendly souls.
