Comment: No cotton buds, slippers, toothpaste. Room lock sometimes does not work. Very rude receptionists & housekeeping. Does not always provide new towels. No air-conditioning. Heater is not enough. Missing items every now & then (bathroom glasses, wine glasses, etc.). Room is not cleaned sometimes. Motels look even better. Breakfast buffet food are oily. There are no bellboys.
