Comment: My husband and I booked a one-night stay in the Albus because of the price. It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but there are soaps in the bathroom and the bar/cafe on site is nice enough-looking to meet a friend for a drink. The hotel is located in the middle of a great area of the Centrum - near the Flower Market and the Rembrandtsplein. We never needed a cab - walked to the hotel from the train station in about 10 minutes, and didn't have to walk through any of the more "doubtful" parts of the city... Definitely going back.
