Comment: One of the most memorable vacations I have ever taken. The hotel is in a great location... minutes from all the action. A short bus ride to the city and within walking distance to the clubs and shoppes. The people are very nice. Rooms were excellent, big and clean. Well hired proffesional and fun staff. The best cheeseburgers I have ever had... outstanding food. So much to do... I would reccomend an excursion... fishing and canopying in the mountains were my favorite. We will be coming back to the Holiday Inn, Puerto Vallarta!

Comment: It is a typical 3 star hotel, so don't expect Ritz quality. Advisable to buy all inclusive, and probably the best investment in your trip will be to tip $20 the front desk person in order to receive a room with a view (facing south towards the city and pool at 8-th or 9-th floor). If is not high enough the view will be blocked and if you will face north there is another hotel in construction next to Holiday Inn and will be experiencing noise and dust. Again, is not the best hotel ever, but is certainly worth the price!

Comment: The hotel was in the middle of several different construction sites, they only had one restaurant open, they didn't take credit cards for anything and the cleaning staff left my room open on more than one occasion. There is virtually nothing to do at the hotel except for the pool as the water is cloudy and not suitable for swimming or snorkeling.
