Comment: I went for spring break with 7 friends... Everyone loved it!! Awesome place with great service and facilities and good food and drinks. Pool/beach scene was more relaxed than some places which we thought was good because who wants a party at your hotel if you are going out to clubs every night anyway. Highly recommended; I hope to return next year!

Comment: My Husband and I decided to stay at RIU Palace Las Americas for our Honeymoon 10/12/06-10/22/06 and it was the best decision we've ever made. THIS PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! I felt like I was in a dream for 10 days, and pampered as well. The staff /service was awsome! I would definetly reccomend staying at RIU Palace.. This place is just what it says A PALACE

Comment: My husband and I stayed 02/09 thru 02/16. We were greeted at the front desk with a drink and warm towel. The staff is wonderful! We made all of our dinner reservations when we arrived. However, if you just show up you can get in sometimes if there?s a cancellation. Los Arcos (Brazilian cuisine) was our favorite. During lunch Los Arcos is Italian; try the spaghetti it is to die for. Make sure you get a mattress pad for your bed, it makes a big difference. Book the ocean view room ? you won?t regret it.

Comment: This hotel was far more than we anticipated! Food was great. Gourmet and Steakhouse restaurant was by the best dining experience. Japanese wasn't all that great. The waiter was awesome and always made sure we had PLENTY to drink. Room was great and everything was more than we expected. Staff at hotel was great. Would definately go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. There is nothing they should improve on.

Comment: This was our first trip to Cancun, and our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. Everything was taken care of for us! The staff was very helpful, the resort was beautiful, and we were able to relax and have a great time. The beds were very firm, but they tried to help with that too. You never have to leave the resort. We will go there again!

Comment: We loved this hotel,service was great,food was great. It is very close to night life if you want it,but it was nice and quiet at the hotel itself. We are going back some day soon.

Comment: We stayed in May 06. Hotel and beach are awesome. The beach is really nice. The restaurants are fun and the food is wonderful. The buffet is top notch. It is an amazing sight to see when you first walk into the hotel. It's breathtaking! Service staff is all great. It's fun to have the mini bar stocked with pop, beer and bottled water. They are good about re-filling. Can't wait to go back with friends and more family to enjoy the experience.
