Comment: I am amazed at the major repairs done to the hotel due to the hurricane. My sister and I have already booked our 3 week vacation for April 2007. The employees are the best, the welcoming hospitality we receive make us feel so comfortable.The security makes us feel so safe.There is nothing we don't like about the hotel. We even love the resident Iguanas. It's like coming home again. We are so looking forward to our massages. PRESIDENTE INTERCONTINENTAL CANCUN HERE WE COME AGAIN!!!!!!

Comment: The rooms are re-done wonderfully. The beach is great. My only complaint would be that construction is not yet finished (11/3/6) and the restaurants are not all open and one pool is being rebuilt. Compare to other hotels the IC is in GREAT NEW SHAPE with new rooms and beds...

Comment: The photos were decieving. Very decieving. The presentation of this hotel was horrifying. Overall this hotel reminds me more of a motel. We couldn't bare staying there more than one night. We left b/c we couldn't take the smell of the rooms or the people who stayed there.
