Comment: My friends stayed at NH and when I stopped by it was awesome. I had to come back 6 weeks later and book a room there. Its walking distance from the main area and night clubs. Great place to stay. Pool over looks ocean a must see!!!

Comment: I stayed at the Krystal 10 times and after the hurrican it is in need of renovation. Ants were all over in my room due to land shifts; the ants were everywhere!!! I was killing ants all the way to the airport; fighting them off my luggage--praying I would not bring them home. I love the Krystal I just pray they RENOVATE. Food is OK; I've only had lunch there.

Comment: room was full of construction dust. We asked nicely to have it cleaned, no response. no wash cloths, asked for them no response,most of the time no hot shower, asked no response. very sad for the $ we spent. we just put up with it and had fun out of the hotel.

Comment: The service people at the hotel were great. The hotel is switching to almost all timeshares, so there were no hotel provided activities. Do not stay here if you are used to real all inclusive resorts.
