Comment: Definitely the best location, right on the hotel zone, 10 minutes away from the airport and just a few steps away from shopping centers, restaurants, downtown nightlife and Cancun attractions.

Comment: I want people to know that this is the best hotel and the service is more than the best - IT IS EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT. The entertainment is continuous and is for every age group possible. Visit the place - you will not regret it.

Comment: The room was not complete when we arrived!!! There was no T.V. or alarm clock in the room; never fixed the problem, gave us a broken T.V. The bathroom leaked, we had to spend way too much time in the room waiting for things to be fixed. The only thing that was good was the service from (the pool bartender and waiter at the Medditeraneo)! The entertainment directors were good too. The only person who tried to be helpful was X at the front desk. The night crew was useless!!! Wouldn't go back and would definitely not recommend it!
