Comment: first visit to Cancun along with 11 of my family members we were celebrating my daughters Shanta's graduation from Virginia State University thank you for the best time I've every had on vacation. The staff was GREAT, The food was GOOD and PLENTIFUL, The rooms were nice.

Comment: I have been to Mexico many times . I will only stay at this resort from now on. The Staff make this resort!The food is great and safe,as is the Water.It is Beautiful,Fun and Safe. When I went back the friendly staff remembered me just like at Cheers.lol... FUN,FUN IN THE SUN!!!!!!!

Comment: I've now stayed at this resort on three different occasions and I've enjoyed in more each time. The restaurants are great, with the exception of Pier 12. All the staff is above reproach. They very simply do everything right at this resort.

Comment: My wife and I had an wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and fun. The hotel was over booked our first night but they put us in a suite for that night. No extra charge of course. It was great the beach was good and the food great. thanks

Comment: Our stay was great, we will return. The service was great, everyone was so friendly. We didn't have a bad meal at any of the restaurants. We have been to Cancun before, but here even the guest seem more relaxed and friendly. 6 days was not enough!! Great adults only place.

Comment: The food was awesome and plentiful. Rooms were great (crown club). Drinks were bountiful too. Only bad thing, beds are hard. Gorgeous place.

Comment: The GP is an older hotel with only about 214 rooms. You get to know many couples, and the staff extremely well. This was our 4th trip there. We love it! Great food, no kids, wonderful staff....but don't confuse it with a 5 star hotel. 3 star or so, but a blast for those couples in they're 30's, 40's, etc....Entertainment staff is alot of fun as well. Did I say no kids!!!! We love it there!

Comment: This was our 2nd time staying in Golden Parnassus and we brought along 4 friends this time. As expected, the whole experience was FABULOUS and we can't wait to get back! The Tiki Bar is the best for drinking, and Old Barn has a phenomenal Filet. This year we were pleasantly surprised that all rooms have a balcony, which was changed after Hurricane Wilma. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating and the location is perfect. My friends never even had to leave the resort to have an unforgettable time. I hope to start planning my next trip soon :)

Comment: very great place. the service was great and everyone was very friendly. brief meeting with the travelocity rep and excursions and trans. back to the airport were set up. all restaurants and services are open since Wilma. (neighboring resorts were not so lucky). highly recommend. no one is pushy. everything is beautiful. Food is very good, drinks are great. great place. If it sounds like I enjoyed my stay than you get the idea. it is true though, those beds are hard! everything else was top notch and I am very happy that we stayed here.

Comment: Was there during the Wilma hurricane and would not stay anywhere else in Cancun now. If they can take care of people during that kind of situation I can't wait till we return on May 7, 2006 with friends we met while in the shelter

Comment: We loved our stay at the Golden Parnassus. The staff is wonderful from the front desk to the entertainment Staff and Restaurant staff. Small and friendly is the best way to describe it. The food was good and abundant with a great variety for every palate. The anything goes attitude will make your stay memorable and fun.. We met great people and really had a wonderful time.

Comment: We totally enjoyed our stay at the Golden Crown...A special thank you to *** for a private bday dinner in our room and the staff that joined in singing happy bday. Excellent service in all restaurants. VIP treatment was superb.

Comment: We visited end of June 2006 for 1 week. What a fantastic place. The staff, especially the bartenders, were absolutely amazing. Showed us the local mehicano spots and discos. Food was great in the buffet and the burgers in The Breeze absolutely rock! Pier 12 the seafood restaurant is mediocre. If you want real seafood go to Loranzillo's down the strip - amazing lobster tails. The best place to relax poolside without any children. We're back in January 2007 and this is the only place we'll stay. Sure can't wait to get back and reconnect with the staff.

Comment: Went to Cancun for my 1st time. I will never stay anywhere else. Service & Staff were fantastic. Food was great and abundant choices, love the Old Barn & The Breeze. A blast every night at the Tiki Bar. Beach has been completley re-sanded since Wilma went thru. Everything was wonderful. Planning & looking forward to reuturn trip.

Comment: A 4 to 5 star, well deserved. The only knock was the dinner meals. I am use to true italian food and good steaks. Neither of which was served at the resort. All other meals were great. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Must get ocean view crown club room. Jacuzzi after day in sun was awesome. I went to relax and relieve some stress. It is the perfect getaway. Small enough so you can meet some new friends from all over the globe!!! I will return! The service staff was always there to help and FUN!!!

Comment: First time to Cancun and we will absolutely be going back to the Golden Parnassus, X at the bar by the pools ROCKED, X in the Paradise was awesome, I felt like a queen! The entertainment staff were also very good!

Comment: The hotel was beautiful, but the staff is what made the whole trip worthwhile. The entertainment staff and bartenders were awsome and showed us a great time at the hotel and at the discos. Take a few dollars for tips for the staff, they will appreciated it even more. Sit on the beautiful beach or by the pool, have a few drinks, make some new friends, relax and have a good time. The second best part was no kids running around. Go to Coco Bongo, what a show!

Comment: The service was so so, i felt some of the people expected tips. I thought the entertainment was bad. food need to have more choices. good place to go, i would return. Non motorize sports need improvement.

Comment: This is a fantastic hotel in a great location of Cancun. The hotel rates clser to 3 or 4 stars, but service is 5 stars! My wife and I had a wonderful time and would go back to this resort in a minute. In Mar/April the new Great Parnassus will be open and you can use both hotels!!!!

Comment: We loved this place! Our only issue was with the mattress. It was hard as a rock and did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. If we were going back again I would choose it again. The staff was great, the beach beautiful! All of the restaraunts except Pier 12 were delicious!

Comment: After reading lots of reviews we finally decided on this hotel because of it's high ratings and rave reviews from some people. I would not go back to this place. We were disappointed in the food overall more than anything. For the price you pay the quality should be MUCH better. A typical Cancun hotel, but slightly better because of the service only. Restaurants closeby are much better than the hotel's best place.

Comment: The all-inclusive did make everything else, however, found it to be more fun to explore more authentic spots in Mexico. We also stayed at the Hacienda Vista Real Spa in Playa--it was beautiful and 5 stars!

Comment: we were very disappointed.Looking for a nice resort with a spa Bad choice..The people were extremely nice..The location was in the middle of the strip, which was ok..The food was so so...There were no information on the resort as to the amenities..The spa was awful..Everything was broken..The suites was the same as the rooms except for a hot tub in your room which did not work..I would not recommend this resort to anyone that is expecting a 4 star..This was a 2 star..Ask about there new sister hotel that is being built..That ones is much better..Oh and they do not tell you about that one..

Comment: The reception desk staff was not at all friendly. The restuarant staff in the Japanese and Shangri-La bordered on rudeness. The room was not well cleaned. Twice the housekeeper was using our room phone for personal calls and was not even embarrrassed about it (I speak fluent Spanish). But the bartenders were great, the spa services were great, and so was the beach! Would not recommend this hotel based upon our Thanksgiving experience, and I travel a lot,
