Comment: July 06 was even better. My husband and I have been to Crown Paradise for the last 4 years. This vacation we took 18 yr. daughter and 20 yr. son. What a time we had! We usually stay 4-5 nights, this time we stayed 7 nights! We watched the updates on CPC website in planning our vacation (for the ones who went before hurricane damage remodel). The only thing not completed was the fitness room. We did not mind this as the pool and beach provided all the exercise we needed. I am now booking reservations for another trip this year and for next year, of course to Crown Paradise Club only!!!

Comment: My sister & I stayed at the Crown for a week, & it was awesome! Great food, staff was great...we loved the hotel & the pools. They have activities throughout the day to entertain guests!

Comment: we are returning to the cp this year the staff was friendly and this is one of the few times I have had a blast and forgot work on vacation . The hotel was beautiful considering others were still closed and the kids activities were great . The staff is the real reason we are going back i have never had better service . see you guys in a few weeks

Comment: We took a family trip to cancun, having never been there before. My husband, I, and our two daughters, ages 17 and 20. We all had a great time! One part ot the hotel was not done because of Wilma but it was still great! We are getting a goup of people to go back in 07! Great Place. Very friendly people! Awesome food!

Comment: WE WOULD NOT EVEN TRY ANOTHER PLACE,WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING, THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE VERY SWEET AND NEAR THE END THE BARTENDERS KNEW US AND OUR DRINKS, SO WE GOT TO PLAT AROUND WITH THEM AND TRY DIFFERANT DRINKS,

Comment: Our family loved CPC. Plenty to keep kids and adults busy. Lots of opportunities for adult time with children nearby or in kid's club. Will be excellent when totally recovered from Wilma.

Comment: We have been to the Crown Paradise Club 3 times and will be making our 4th visit on June 24th. We have enjoyed this resort so much that we've taken grandparents, friends of our kids, and on this trip..girl/boyfriends of our kids plus neighbors with their kids for a total of 14 of us. The beach is great, food is excellent, and service if tremendous. Some people always look for things to complain about no matter how nice something is. I'd disregard any negative comments and say feel free to email me if you have any questions. We have since purchased a timeshare their through a private sale and consider this a very special place. If anyone has been there the last week in June we'd like to hear from you as we've only been there in February and April!! Our email is jonbet@adelphia.net Enjoy the Crown Paradise.

Comment: We just got back from our trip to Cancun. What a beautiful place, even after the devastation from the hurricane only six months ago. The people were very friendly and helpful. Service was great. The activities were fun. Dining in the restaurants was AWESOME! Great food and service. Wayne's Boots had the BEST steaks and fries. It was a great family orientated hotel. Our son LOVED the baby club. I'd go to this hotel again!!!!

Comment: We just returned from Cancun and a stay at the Crown Paradise. I was a little sceptical when we booked as it was not near where we had been staying and the reviews were just so-so. Well I am impressed. Now while this was not the Ritz, it was very clean, the food was amazing. All restaurants were open and running. Pools magnificient, clean and well staffed. Service was fast. Room service was quoted at 10 minutes. Do not call them and get in the shower. Never more than quoted. Lots of singles, couples, kids and honeymooners there. FUN FUN FUN-GO ENJOY

Comment: My son was seriuously injured on the last morning from a fall on wet marble floor by theri fountain. hotel blamed my son for not avoidin the water (he's 20 mos). He was also given a mouth retiainer to play with at the baby club (UGH!)

Comment: Cancun has many wonderful resorts, but beware; the Crown Paradise Club is not one of them. I stayed there with my wife and four teenagers. At the time, the South tower was a construction zone. Ceiling panels were missing and the floor flooded when it rained. The "adult only" pool overlooks the sewage plant. Overall the place is dirty, the service is slow, and the food is average at best. The people working behind the front desk and the concierge were not very helpful or accommodating. We will not stay there again.

Comment: Reading the previous reviews, I'm wondering if we were at the same resort!! We were disappointed at the number of children everywhere. Don't bother going if you are adults. Sure wish the sewage plant didn't smell!! Too many guests for the restaurants and pools to handle. Be ready to wake at 6AM to reserve your chair by the pool or beach, and to get a table at breakfast. Great food and service, tho!

Comment: VERY DISAPPOINTED with this resort. We moved 3 times within 24 hours! First room, supposedly upgraded to a "Family suite". I would call it a "Family Nightmare". Room was completely tiled with 2 levels. The railings were about to collapse, so of course my 3 year old grabbed on to go up the steps and we immediately saw that this was a hazard. The vent had dirt and grime all over it. My 14 year-old got in the shower and the shower head flew off and hit her in the face. This incident caused us to take immediate action at the front desk.
