Comment: A little nervous after reading reviews. Had a GREAT time!! Recommend to all. Could use elevator if on top floor-esp. after drinking. Staff was great , room was clean!!Thanks for adding to our 15th anny!!!

Comment: could never get a reservation in the nicer resturaunts. bartenders are wonderful!! i was VERY impressed by the cleaning that went on. i am in the hospitality business and i watched my room be cleaned (very thorough) the cleaning in the resturaunts and bars (also very thorough) service in resturaunts i did use was excellent. i will definatly be back!!!

Comment: If you're looking for a fun & crazy vacation & with no kids running around, this is the place to be. It all starts with a great view to the ocean & a great service while laying on the beach. Hotel is very clean & has great service. Waiters are super friendly. Everyone speaks english. Food is not the best but it's good enough to eat. The fun activities they have are endless, you will always have fun no matter where you go or what you do. I would definetely choose the same hotel if I would go to Cancun again. Truly, this is the best vacation we've ever had!!!

Comment: Just got back from my 1st trip to BBG....great food, strong drinks....daily fun activites, great service and an overall great staff! The beds are a little stiff, but you don't realize til the morning..then just head back to the bar.. lol. I'm already planning my next trip back!

Comment: My wife and I had so much fun. The Beach, Sun and Surf were perfect! It was great to relax. All of our meals and drinks were paid for, so it was like getting them for free. The food was extremely flavorful and fresh! There were so many choices and types. This is an adult getaway and extremely fun. The "Getaway Cast" has activities and games to play if you feel that you want to get up and move around. It was so much fun! We're going back!!!

Comment: we had a great time at the BBG on our honeymoon, we definetely will return! staff was great, food was very good and abundent, beach was ok with little seeweed. room was nice! a.c. worked great, no leaks, and no smell or mold like others have mentioned. best of all no kids running around!!!! wasnt as wild as we thought it was going to be, but very relaxing!!!

Comment: For our first visit to Cancun I could not ask for a better experience. The resort was very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. I could not ask for a better place to spend my honeymoon. The food was excellent. The servers very polite and genuine. I think I can speak on behalf of the other three couples and my wife, we would not hesitate to visit Cancun again thanks to the staff at Blue Bay Getaway. Thank you for your hospitality.

Comment: I was at Blue Bay from 8/24 thru 8/29 i hadnt been on a vacation in a long time and this was the best one to start me off right. My friend and I had an amazing time and are planning to go back soon!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful!! I cant say enough about Blue Bay!! Looking forward to my next trip in probably December.

Comment: Location & trip will be as good/bad as "you" make it! **Urgent advice** Leave airport for hotel ASAP (timeshare salespeople everywhere)!! The hotel has "adult" entertainment but don't get stuck indoors. You MUST venture out on your (buy tours) and see the town. We recommend "Isla Mujeres" if you want clear, blue, swim & beachfront fun (topless tanning a plus). Only downer is beach at hotel is a boat pier..can't swim or play in sea. We would go again for sure, but no less than 5 days!

Comment: Nice resort, alittle riske, it felt nice to relax and not have kids running all over the place. The food was average, drinks plentyful,and the help fantastic. There was plenty of space to get away from the noise and relax. The houskeepin was great, room was small, but very clean. Had a super time and would return without a second thought. Thank you Blue Bay for a great vacation.

Comment: Our 2nd time was more fun then the 1st.Food as alwasy was very good,i really looked foward to breakfast.The cleaning staff is top notch.The entertainment during the day by the pool is very good.The booze can be better,i always buy a bottle at the airport,no Black Label there,lol.Please tip your waiters and cleaning ladies,they work hard and work for pennies.Just go and have the time of your life,you will not regret coming to Blue Bay.Beach needs improvment

Comment: The room was a little small, and the air cond didn't quite keep everything the american version of ice cube cold, but comfortable. Everyone complains about the beds being hard, but we had no problem. The staff was amazing, and everything was so beautiful! The beach, the bars, the pools, excellent. The drinks are small, but all inclusive means as many as you can drink! Good buffet and the restaurants are exceptional. Best thing, NO KIDS! Already thinking of going back in January!

Comment: This was our first trip to Cancun and unsure of what to expect. We had a great time and will come back to Blue Bay. The pools and bartenders were great along with the other staff. Adult humored shows and activity were fun. We felt very comfortable here and met many nice people. Our only complaint is the music and bar stopped too early

Comment: we were three families with five rooms they scattered us all over, and front desk refused to do any thing about it. Drinks were realy watered down. Excelent serving staff they were very polite and efficient. Missed hot tub outside, they wanted to charge 10$ to use one inside for 45 minutes. Overall good exp.

Comment: The room had a mildew smell and the sliding door didn't close also the shower door leaked. The pool was a little nasty with all the activities. I guess I just wasn't quite prepared for what adults only really meant. I just assumed no kids, but thats not all.

Comment: This hotle was nice and I loved the all inclusive, BUT... they closed all three of there swimming pools @ 6:00 p.m. for no reason, and there is NO elevators in the whole place. Those are two thing's I would have loved to have known before going.

Comment: You had the same breakfast everyday we were there, as well as the late night buffett. The only eggs you had to offer other than standing in line were some kind of fried w/tomato on them, and forget about ordering an omelet. We have been to Cancun before but we brought 4 of our friends and they were ready to go home by day 3.
