Comment: Everyone who worked there was wonderful. They made the experience memoriable. The ocean view was amazing, we stayed in the penthouse. Definetly recommend it! The only thing that wasn't 100%was the food. It was just alright.

Comment: First time to Cancun. I did much research looking for good price. The hotel is great for the price. Beach, pool, bars all are nice. Rooms are pretty basic, but very clean. As long as you don't expect five star, Aquamarina is perfect. Food was not so great, but we were always able to find something. Just drink more if you get hungry. take the Isla Mujeres boat tour!!

Comment: This hotel was overall very nice for the price. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our view of the ocean was spectacular. The pool was very nice and the staff had planned activities all day. The rooms were okay, the shower leaked water all over the floor through the doors, there is no clock radio and local calls were not free. The beds were very hard, but I like a firm mattress. We never saw a bug or any creepy crawly things in the room. It?s a basic room, perfect if its just a place to sleep or get ready to go somewhere. Over all I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Comment: never go all inclusive waste of money,after all you spend more time in other locations unless you spend all your trip in hotel. I read never do all inclusive but had to check it out for myself maybe in a 5 star hotel I would try all inclusive?very disspointed with food. service in all Areas was exellent. found a place next to (COCO BONGO) called the Cabana Beach Club $10.00dls per person $20.00dls for a cabana exellent beach great drinks lots of relaxation Must see. Comment: Never heardof but booked. Gota roof over ourhead, hotshower. All inclusivedefinitely lacking. Bell staff excellent, booked excellent Tee times. Location notgood, endofthestrip (or the beginning, closest tothecity ofCancun) Food, AHHH!, ate bread/potatos the two days we were there, breakfastacceptable. Ateout. No premium liquors allMexbeer you can drink. 18 year old's budget dream, notfor couples (he/she will beatyou unless you give them this info up front and heorshe is ok with adventure) or anyone accustomed to better hotels andamenities. Dated rooms.

Comment: This hotel is only good for those visitors who do not like the beach and do not want to enjoy the sea. We were very disappointed to see that 'beach' was literaly a docking area for yachts, with no beach facilities available. We DO NOT recommend this hotel for young couples or those who like to participate in different activities. As this is a small hotel, only one bar and restaurant was opened at a time. This was not clear from the description on the website.

Comment: first day there we encountered problems with check-in, but the situation was fixed. The bathrooms are very small w/ stand up shower. They didn't have an ironing board, but provide you with an iron...the food was bland. I was expecting some type of authentic mexican food. The breakfast was horrible they didn't even have bacon and their miniture sauages look like red potatoes didn't even touch em'. The drinks were not so, great since they were using their domestic brand of liquor. Over all, if you are looking for a place to rest your head this might be your best bet

Comment: The staff was great. Espicially the bartenders. Go on the isla mujertes tour, its a blast. The rooms were bad. No alarm clock, no fridge. Not a very good safe. We were really disappointed when we saw the room. We will not stay here again, but will come back to Cancun.

Comment: The staff were very nice and accommondating to your needs. However, the buffet food was sometimes bland and they don't serve bacon or "real" sauages for breakfast(?). Their bathrooms are way too small. The hotel was clean otherwise. The pool had daily activities going on during the afternoon. I was a little upset at the fact they provide you with an iron, but didn't have an ironing board. Overall, if you are just looking for a hotel to rest your head this place will definitely provide that.

Comment: When we first arrived at hotel, check in was quick but then we had to sit with a time share sales person for almost an hour! I just got off a 7hr plan ride. I'm tired and need a shower. I couldn't believe I've already wasted 1 hour of my vacation. The rooms are old and need updating. We originally booked this hotel for 3 nights, but our flight was delayed so stayed for only 2 nights. We never got refunded our 1 night we didn't use.

Comment: This resort is nothing like their website shows. The rooms are very dirty and bug infested, the food was terrible (we found a maggot in my wife's vegetibles), the elavators were always broken, and there was very little in the way of drink selection. I would not recommend this resort to anyone, ever!!! This was by far the worst vacation my wife and I have ever had!!!

Comment: We ended up moving to another resort. We were totally mis-led by Web site. There was no entertainment unless the small tv playing MTV videos at bar counted. Food was disgracful. Drinks watered down. Pool was dirty and pool bar not operational. Rooms reaked of mildew and mold. Will NEVER NEVER go back to this hotel. It should be torn down.

Comment: when we checked in we found a lizard on the wall, my wife was terrified,we wanted to change the room, they did after a fight, they said it was a domestic animal and we shouldn't pay attention to it. I wouldn't recommend hotel to my worst enemy.
