The Kemeri Palace Kempinski - set within acres of wooded parkland in Jurmala, a charming resort on the Baltic coast with museums, galleries and restaurants - is less than 30 minutes from Riga, the capital of Latvia and just a few minutes’ walk from the original Spa, which will become one of the largest spas in Europe, complete with healing mud and mineral baths.
