Comment: The Grand Regency was a wonderful retreat after being on safari and in other parts of Kenya (Kitale). Everyone was so helpful, kind and friendly and the food was wonderful! The accomodations were wonderful and top of the line (7th floor suite). I will always stay here when I come to Nairobi. The gift shop turned out to have the best prices of ANY PLACE we shopped. (In fact, I would love to buy more items if they would contact me! Please pass this on.)

Comment: hotel refused to honor the travelocity rate. hotel advertised free airport shuttle, then attempted $40 charge. charged $1 extra in a cocktail for the lime "twist". i spent hours trying to rectify room charges.
