Comment: The Holiday Inn in Perugia, Italy, has nice rooms and very comfortable beds with real queen beds, not the usual twin beds shoved together you get in Italy. The worst aspect of this hotel was the breakfast service. There was a brochure in the room promising us a lavish breakfast. The actual breakfast was disorganized with about half of the promised food selection. Guests came in, and all the tables were dirty. Sour-faced staff, who seemed to be quarrelling with each other, rarely greeted guests. The deceptive advertising in the breakfast brochure was disheartening.
