Comment: Traveled as a group of 6 adult family members. 2 rooms very nice in size the 3rd room was slilghtly larger than that of the other 2 room bathrooms. Family that stayed in room #* experienced bed bugs. The porters and cleaning staff were very friendly as well as most of the concierge staff. Location was ideal, just across from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Even experiencing the bed bugs in one room and the very small 3rd room the accomodations were great compared to some of the other hotels we rented during our travels
