The residential compound of mediaval origin stands in the village of Pieve a Presciano(Ar) .Theare are flats of differents size on various floors of the ancients buildings , which are in the garden of Ghezzi farm.The Guests can use two swimming pools, big billiard room with piano, parking car , tennis court. The buildings Filanda , silk mill, was built at the beginning of the 1900 s for the production of the silk. The ancient building was restored and divided in 5 large Lofts of 200 square meters each. They are large and luminous lofts immersed in the quiet and loveliness of the Tuscan country , very adapt ,also, for organize stages and meetings. House Mattesini : Typical Tuscany country house, in the middle of the vineyeards, at only 300 meters from the center of the village of Pieve, have two big apprtments: M : 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, for 6+1pax.
