Accommodation for 14 to 17 persons.The big villa is situated at a corner, in the traditional village of Loutra.We get in the house through a courtyard drowned under the flowers and the green. The villa is built on diverse levels and consists in small apartments which are sometimes communicating. The courtyard and the diverse terraces are shared by all the apartments.The house has, in total, 7 bedrooms (6 with 2 single beds and one with a double bed); and 7 bathrooms with shower and WC. All the apartments have a small fully equipped kitchenette and a small living/dining area. The decoration is simple but nice.On the ground floor, we find a spacious common room used by all the guests, with a big living area with many sofas, a fireplace and a piano, a big dining area and a big fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom and a washing machine. A big dining table stands also on one of the terrace, under a nice pergola, for the common meals or barbecues that may be organized by the people living in the house.There is a dramatic view from the diverse terraces, to the village itself and until the sea.Here, must be mentioned that due to the many stairs between the levels, small children or people with mobility difficulties must avoid to stay in this house.The villa has central-heating for winter.
