Louis Helios Beach Hotel description
Located on the enchanting island of Kos, Louis Helios Beach is within a short distance from Kardamena village with its bustling nightlife, picturesque shops and traditional taverns. Following extensive renovations during winter 2000/01, Louis Helios Beach was regraded to an A category hotel (4*), offering the perfect choice for relaxing and unforgettable holidays. The hotel has 107 rooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with heating & air-conditioning, bathroom and shower, hair dryer, mini fridge, radio, direct dial telephone, mini bar or fridge, satellite TV, safe deposit boxes (extra charge). The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30–10:00), lunch (12:30–14:30) and dinner (18:30–21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Lunch baskets can be prepared for excursions (upon prior notice). During lunch & dinner mineral water, carafe of red & white wine, beer, fruit juices and soft drinks are offered. Snacks such as four kinds of cold sandwiches (including vegetarian option) and selection of three hot snacks (including vegetarian option) are available between meal hours. Afternoon tea & coffee time with cakes, biscuits and hot chocolate is from 15:30–17:00. Ice cream can be found at the pool bar between 10:00 & 18:00 as well as during dinner. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, hot beverages and soft drinks are served at all bars from 10:00–24:00. Sport facilities at the hotel include pedaloes, canoe, sunbeds & parasols by the pool & at the beach, a full programme of activities during the day for all, evening entertainment (6 days / week), as well as Greek night (once a week) and mini club for kids aged 4-12 yrs old (6 days / week). The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor children swimming pool. The hotel has also a tennis court, table tennis, billiards, a volley ball playground, where the animation team organises games and a wide range of motorised and no-motorised water sports is available at the beach (100m from the hotel). The hotel in order to satisfy all its guests needs has a multilingual staff at the reception and at the restaurants, a currency exchange, doctor on call, Taxi service, bicycle and car hire available.
