Comment: I booked (and paid) this hotel via the internet and from the reviews and photos thought I was getting a good deal. At check in, the staff member assured me that "yes, the prepay is valid." At checkout however, I was billed again for my entire stay. But the real kicker was the 18 euro that I was charged per day for the cup of coffee and glass of OJ that I got from the breakfast buffet which incidentally was originally included in the price. Arabella, if you won't honor online payments, then don't participate!! This is definitely not the last on this maleficience.
