We are a hotel for Young and Old, a place with atmosphere to which guests are happy to return and enjoy the friendly service. The Alpen Hotel has been family-owned for three generations and is one of the oldest and most traditional hotels in Munich. Behind the façade of the building built in the Old Munich Classic style, individually designed rooms with state-of-the-art comfort await our guests. In recent years the Bauer Family has made constant investments in the hotel so that they can offer their guests the greatest possible comfort of a 4 star hotel. The hotel is in a quiet side street in the centre of Munich. The Alpen Hotel is just a few minutes by foot from the main station. All of the sights of Munich, the pedestrianised shopping area, Marienplatz, the local rail and tram network and the Munich Oktoberfest can all be easily reached by foot from the hotel. The Munich Trade Fair is less than 20 minutes away by underground. The Alpen Hotel Munich offers its guests individuality and hospitality, together with comfortable rooms and Munich flair.
