Charming little hotel run by owners. Centrally but quietly located in finest residential area, 5 minutes taxi ride off the central railway station. The historic downtown quarter "Altstadt" with its ancient cathedral, other points of interests and a variety of great restaurants are within walking distance. 25 rooms are individually styled and equipped according to modern standards. Elevator, garage, conference room and garden-terrace are available, friendly service and personal ambiance are offered. 4-star-category, awarded several times by well known hotel-guides, on the ranking list of the Top-Ten Hotels Garni in Germany since 1997(ref: magazine ""EURO" and "Hornstein-Liste"). Leisure facilities are available nearby such as tennis, golf, inline-skating and horseback-riding. Apart from the cultural scenery Magdeburg offers a wide range of exiting events through-out the year. Above all, Magdeburg is the ideal starting point for scenic tours along the "Romanesque Road", to famous Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, Wörlitz and Wittenberg – even Berlin can be reached within one hour´s drive.
