Comment: Hotel was clean and well maintained. Daytime staff was friendly and very courteous. Rooms were large and the location was central. Breakfast buffet was great and reasonably price. Free internet great feature in business center. I would definetly stay there again.

Comment: I was in Heidelberg a few times. The last time I booked the Crowne Plaza. The big nicely decorated lobby welcomes you warmly. Rooms are well furnished. Staff is excellent. The breakfast buffet shouldn't be missed, no matter, that usually I preferd an hour more sleep. At the Crowne Plaza Heidelberg, idealy located close to the main station and the old town, hotel guests can use bicycles free of charge.
The Crowne Plaza defnetly should be considered when staying in Heidelberg.

Comment: The Crowne Plaza in Heidelburg was as nice a hotel one would or could expect any where in the US. The features were much the same but the services offered were much more. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms large and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Compared to other hotels in Germany with the approximate cost, this was by far the best. (You actually could control the AC in your room!!!)
