Comment: Hotel was clean and neat. Had sauna and outside pool. Pool was cold though in June. Gym equipment room. Food was good in the restaurant. The best thing about the hotel is that it was close to the airport with a transport to the airport. Staff was friendly.

Comment: I stayed in this hotel while passing through Berlin and it was amazing. It was only 5 minutes drive from Tegel airport using the free airport shuttle! The staff was very friendly and even helped me check the status of my lost luggage! The room was newly remodeled and spotlessly clean. The breakfast bar was also fantastic! I will definately stay here again the next time I pass through Berlin.

Comment: This was a good hotel to stay at especially if you want to be near the airport. They have a free shuttle. The service was good and the room was spacious. I liked it. Even tho the name of this hotel has changed to the Merkur.

Comment: 1. The hotel is not located where its postal address is. My taxi driver from out of town got lost. 2. The hotel lacks free wireless internet. In fact, my room had no internet conntectivity at all. 3. No posting of the high cost (14E) for breakfast. 4. Hotel took care of cab fare to airport when the shuttle service was down.
