Welcome to the Villa Kastania Hotel in Berlin - The hotel is situated on the site of the villa of Wolfgang Liebeneier, a famous German director and actor and his actress wife Hilde Krahl. The present owner, Mrs. Sylvia Möller, has renovated the hotel in 1993, 1995 and 2005 with rafinesse and attention to details. Today the hotel is a small very exclusive four star hotel in the middle of the Metropolis Berlin that has a southern flair which many guest from all over the world have learnt to love and appreciate. It is a hotel that inspires its guests and send them home with exciting impressions after every stay. Framed with chestnut trees, 43 spacious hotel rooms offer luxurious bathrooms, a balcony or terrace, room safe, mini-bar, cable and pay TV, direct-dial-telephone and fax connection as well as wireless LAN. Parking is also provided at a small fee. Whether you are travelling on business or wish to discover the pulsative capital city with its interesting surrounding countryside you will find everything to make your stay a relaxing and pleasant one. Our wood panelled Fresco Conference Room with hand-painted „frescos” has the capacity to accommodate up to 30 persons and provides central air-conditioning, wireless LAN, and modern conference equipment for a conference with style. The room has a small bar and an adjoining 70 square meter roof terrace with Italian flair for your use and makes your event an unforgettable experience. A newly modernised wellness area with indoor swimming pool, massage with counter-current system and an outdoor terrace, a shower with rainforest effect and Finnish and Roman saunas is available for our guests. In our beauty centre, you may let yourself be pampered before a visit to one of Berlin’s many theatre, operas, variety theatres or nightlife. In our new Venetian Suites and the hotel corridors you will find original works from Kani Alavi, a well known painter and founder of the East Side Gallery Berlin, the Austrian Hannes Seebacher and the artist Alexandra Rockelmann.
