Gaillard Town, with its 10,000 inhabitants is located at the borders of the Rhone-Alps Area and is next to Geneva and its international communications centre (airport, railway station and highways). One of the main characteristics of Gaillard is being on the border with Switzerland and the whole of the economic activity evolves around it. The proximity of Geneva supports the development of tourism , businesses that explains the presence of many hotels and restaurants.
