Hotel Reservations
- Can I get a same day hotel reservation on your http://www.webtourist.net?
Yes! Just make your reservation before 11 p.m. Eastern Time. Please note that same day reservations may not be available in all locations or cities.
- Can I reserve a hotel room for someone else?
You can purchase a room for someone else as long as you are at least 20 years of age and the person for whom you are booking a room is at least 21 years of age and can present the appropriate identification necessary for check-in.
- How far in advance can I make my hotel reservation at Webtourist.Net?
You can make a reservation for a hotel room 11 months in advance of your check-in date!
- How old do I have to be to book a hotel room?
You must be at least 20 years old to book a hotel room through Webtourist.Net.Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel. Check with the hotel that holds your reservation for specific details.
- Is there a limit to the number of rooms I can reserve?
If you need to add nights to your hotel booking, go to our Web site and, if available, select the hotel where your original room(s) booked. You can then proceed to book your additional nights. Keep in mind that you may have to switch rooms during your stay unless you are able to coordinate this directly with the hotel.
- Can I add rooms to my hotel reservation?
If you would like to add rooms to your reservation, please return to our Web site to book the additional accommodations. Please keep in mind that your hotel may not have the same room type or rates available.
- Can I change or cancel my hotel rooms?
We are unable to make changes to your reservation once confirmed. The option to cancel a hotel reservation depends upon the policy presented at the time of your purchase.
- Can I check-in early or late?
Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel. Check with the hotel that holds your reservation for specific details.
- Can I get a cot, rollaway bed or crib?
All hotel rooms are guaranteed for occupancy by two adults. Special requests are at the discretion of the hotel. The hotel will be happy to accommodate you if fire-safety laws allow it and the type of extra bedding you need is available. Keep in mind that requests for these items, if available, may result in additional fees payable directly to the hotel.
- Can I get a handicapped-accessible room?
If you have special needs (e.g., wheelchair accessible room) you must call the hotel and verify that special needs can be met. Most hotels will be glad to accommodate you if rooms are available. Your hotel reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if the particular hotel cannot meet special needs. If your hotel does not have a handicapped accessible room available, please send us an e-mail.
