Comment: This was potentially the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos posted on the internet are misleading. The toilet in our room did not flush, nor did the shower turn off. The staff we called on to help us with the faulty shower situation were also unable to operate it. Out of five people to attempt turning the shower off, one of the hotel staff was successful. This staff member then went on to insinuate that it was our incompetence that was the problem. This is the level of customer service one can expect here.
