Comment: We booked a Twin En Suite room, 4 months in advance. What we got was a very small attic room (ca 2x2.5 metres) with a bunk bed. The room smelled unpleasantly even after cleaning. The fire escape in the corridor was locked with a padlock. There was a sign on on it that advised to smash the door's glass in case of emergency. However the glass was armoured so could no be broken. Our complaints did not help and we did not get the room type we booked for. When we left the hotel the same day to stay some place else they made us pay for the night. Later on the hotel denied to the travel agent that they did not offer us another room :-(
