Comment: The hotel's representation on their website was far from reality. Their renovation was far from complete. Construction was underway throughout our visit. While some of the rooms were nicely renovated, much of the common spaces remain untouch and uninviting. Rooms considered renovated lacked features of other remodeled rooms - flat screen TV, cable, etc. Finally, the staff, while not overtly rude, was indifferent, inattentive, inconsistant, and poorly trained.
