Comment: If you are traveling alone or on a tight budget and need a safe place to stay, this hotel is great. It's in a good location just 3 minutes from Earl's Court tube station. I wouldn't stay here with my spouse or children, though. The rooms are very tiny. The staff were extremely friendly and the entire place is being remodeled. It was a bit noisy at night, both from the street and from people thoughout the halls. Given the price, it's much better than some places I've stayed in London for similar prices. I would stay here again if I were alone.

Comment: The location of this hotel is great, practically across the street from the underground. Lots of restaurants and food stores nearby. Friendly staff. The bathroom was completely remodeled. Room is small but clean, with nice large wardrobe.Located on quiet street.

Comment: Stayed there 3 times. Will stay again. No frills hotel, courteous staff. No A/C; but (limited inventory of) fans available on request. Great/convenient location. Excellent hotel if you just want a clean safe place to sleep.

Comment: Definitely feels like a 2-star not 3-star hotel. No internet connection in rooms, minimal levels of service, room and bathroom (only shower stall) are very, very, very small. And while I was there they had lots of construction going on.

Comment: We were not warned that this hotel is undergoing major renovations. I feel as if we deserve a refund for this reason. I did not expect to be inhailing fresh paint and glue fumes on my vacation. Residents must turn in their key each day when they leave and get them at the front desk when they return, but no ID is checked when you ask for your room key--no security. You use a key to gain electricity in your room, and it is attached to the room key.

Comment: Stayed here on business, inexpensive and close to the tube stop. The service was below average, the hotel only had one ironing board and informed me that since someone else had it, I would have to iron on the bed. The room was dirty, the bathroom and bathtub was grimy, it was the worst room I have stayed in.

Comment: The hotel is in a decent location. The Rooms in the hotel are the smallest I have ever seen. The bed barely fits in the room. The bathrooms are also very small and uncomfortable. I do not recommend to anyone. Their are other hotels in the same area that are much nicer.

Comment: The hotel location is good but other than that there is no value for your dollar. NO Air Conditioning and there is constant construction and painting going on so you have the smell of the paint in the heat.

Comment: This accomodation was a major disappointment.The rooms are very small and not air-conditioned making the rooms hot and airless. The reception area does not really exist. They have tables set up in it for meals and it is dark and dingy. The halls are a rabbit warren of twists and turns. You have to pay extra for everything. Five pounds for putting valuables away. Ten extra pounds a day for either of the two rooms that have airconditioning.The hotel is in Earl's Court section, not So. Kennsington. It was altogether a dreadful experience.
