Comment: Great location to base from. Only 2 blocks from Tube stop with multiple lines. Walking distance to Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History museum, grocery stores, cafes, drug stores, etc. close by. Safe area. Nice neighborhood. Rooms do not all have bathtubs, so request if you want more than a small shower. Rooms are small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have had maintenance done, more is needed, tho. Good value for the high-end Kensington location.

Comment: It is impossible to take a shower here without getting water all over the bathroom floor, and then slipping in that water when climbing down (yes, really) out of the shower. The room was small and looked like it might have been trendy in the 1970s. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was in poor condition. If you can afford to stay somewhere else, do so. You won't regret it.

Comment: Rooms are like inside cabins on a ship. Receptionists were not pleasant nor very helpful. Could benefit from a TV in the lounge. Telephone service was not good.

Comment: The Ambassador needs work - might be pretty nice in a year or so. Light fixtures are broken, the tilegrout in bathroom is stained and mildewed, the faucets are loose, and on an on. Staff is friendly, but the maintenance man offereed no hlp.

Comment: The hotel picture shown online is not the one for this hotel. It is older than that shown and has very small rooms, tiny showers, etc. Staff is helpful but don't speak English too well. TV didn't work well. Needs Improvement: tiny rooms

Comment: This hotel did not set up booking right. There rooms are horrible, the beds were bad, the window wouldn't close all the way so we heard the streets blaze all night, lights and table were broken, elevator barely works and much more. Not a good place to stay, look somewhere else.

Comment: Very dirty, old and very bad shape furniture, worst service and room. I checked out as soon as I looked at the room. Would not recomend not even to the worst enemy.
