Comment: Stayed in eight hotels throughout Europe, ranging from 5 star to 3. This was the worst Hotel by far.. There was no cleaning of the public areas during the weekend. The same debris remained on the elevator floor from Saturday to Monday Morning.The staff, with a couple of exceptions, were surly and abrasive . The airconditioning was effective in the rooms but non-existant in the service corridors. Not good value for the money!
