Comment: A lovely comfortable family run hotel in the centre of Quito. Los Alpes has plenty of character. The family really look after you and the rooms are big, clean and comfortably furnished.

Comment: A welcome alternative to the big chains. On a quiet street right in the centre of Quito (almost next door to the US Embassy). Big, sunny rooms. Great food in the restaurant. Full of character, lots of art-work, hand-crafts and antiques. The owners are friendly and helpful too.

Comment: Los Alpes is a wonderful family run hotel of 25 colonial style rooms. All are well appointed. The hotel is a colonial type large house in a quiet residential area. Service is excellent and hosts friendly. This is not a modern boxy sterile highrise... its a living experience.

Comment: Right in the centre of Quito, close to the US embassy in a quiet street. Hotel is comfortable, clean and full of character. The owners and their staff looked after us really well, arranging airport transport and excursions. They have a lovely restaurant, good food whilst surrounded by antiques and art.
