The Villas Doradas Beach Resort is built on the beach, inside the Playa Dorada complex. Its location gives you the perfect plan to have lots of fun and enjoy the Dominican sun while taking part in a wide variety of water sports, as well as all the activities ran by the entertainment team. Hotetur Villas Doradas hosts a relaxing atmosphere for the traveller who wants a little rejuvenation, peace and quiet. Possibly the best place to find this rest is on the private beach with 24-hour security. The resort is located on lush grounds, but for even greener pastures try out the 18-hole golf course.
The resort offers modern spacious rooms with verandas of magnificent views. All the rooms in the hotel include bathroom, shower, satellite TV, balcony or terrace, telephone and air conditioning. Baby cots are available on request and will count as 1 person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.
The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10.00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all served buffet style in Las Garzas restaurant (International cuisine - drinks included as well). There are three A la Carte Restaurants in the resort: the Avaranda Beach Club (grill restaurant from 18:30-22:00), the Jade Garden (Chinese restaurant from 18:30-22:30) and the El Pescador (fish, seafood and grill restaurant from 18:30-22:00). All of them are to be used once per stay upon reservation. There are two bars are serving local drinks (soft drinks, beer, alcoholic drinks, etc). Hicotela Bar is open from 10:00-00:00. Between 16:30-17:30 there is a coffee break. Arigua Bar is open from 10:00-18:00. At the Beach Club snacks such as pizzas, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, etc and drinks are available between 10.00-18.00 and from midnight to 07:00.
There are two tennis courts (reservation required, equipment available), volleyball, water polo, snorkelling, kayaks and golf. Free crèche facilities for children. Free use of beach and pool towels. The animation team organises sporting events and evening programmes, including cabaret acts and live shows. Spanish lessons and Merengue lessons are offered for the all-inclusive guests.
There are two nice pool areas with a separate children’s pool. Sun beds and umbrellas are available next to the pool. Some of the facilities and services that the hotel can offer are phone service, currency exchange, late check out, maid service, multilingual staff, car rental desk, doctor on call, laundry service, boutiques, shopping mall and a gift shop.
