Welcome to the Occidental Allegro Punta Cana Resort in Punta Cana - This newly renovated hotel enjoys a great location on one of the most spectacular beaches in the world. The resort is the perfect setting for a tropical vacation. Waving palms, sugar white sand, and endless Caribbean waters round out the resort for an ideal tropical getaway.
Comfortable accommodation is offered in the resort, the 540 rooms are divided in nine three-storey buildings with private balconies. Choose between junior suites and superiors rooms. All rooms have following amenities: air conditioning with individual climate control and ceiling fan, shower and full bath, safety deposit box, cable television with remote control, telephone, private balcony, cribs available upon request, coffee maker, radio, clock, electronic door cards and iron with iron board.
The resort has six dining options, including four menu-style restaurants featuring Italian, Caribbean, seafood and grill specialities. All restaurants in the resort have designated non-smoking sections and are equipped with ceiling fans or air conditioning. The main restaurant Topaz features buffet dining and offers a wide variety of International cuisine with different nightly themes. Here can you enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. The four A la Carte restaurants are available with a reservation, three times per week. The Caruso’s is serving excellent Italian dishes and offers fine a la carte dining in a delightful setting. If you want to try variety of Caribbean delicacies served to perfection, visit the Papaya specialty restaurant or the La Yola for fresh a la carte seafood fare in a charming open-air restaurant. House wine is served with lunch and dinner. Unlimited local alcoholic beverages, juices and soft drinks are offered between 10:00 – 24:00. The disco bar is open between 23:00-02:00. Snacks are served at the beach bar between 12:00-16:00 and at midnight 23:30-02:00.
Enjoy swimming, sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing as well as a variety of sports including tennis and volleyball. The resort has a beautiful pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas surrounding it. Children will also enjoy themselves just as much as you do with a host of supervised games at the Kids Club. Do not forget to check out the nightly show after dinner, and enjoy the disco to dance the night away. Facilities available in the resort: scuba lessons in the pool, volleyball, beach soccer, table tennis, bicycles, darts, playing cards, board games and exercise room. Tennis courts there are four lighted, soft-surface tennis courts available. Water sports (non-motorized) - kayaks, snorkelling equipment, sailing, water polo, aqua aerobics, boogie boards and windsurfing. There is nightly entertainment with local talent and staff’s shows as well as daily activities program hosted by recreation staff in a variety of languages.
