Comment: Room size is great. Beds are nicely firm with down comforters and pillows. Bathroom is dangerous. Tub is higher than the floor and when you step out you actually drop 6-8 inches more than where you were standing. Floor is marble and slick. No shower curtain or wash rags. Only moveable divider between shower and sink and the divider is only about 24 inches wide. My review: 4 stars for the room itself; 1 star for the bathroom.

Comment: Just got back from a Copenhagen vacation and was very disappointed in this hotel. The rooms are TINY, the bathroom shower didn't have a full door so water got everywhere, their breakfast was inedible, and construction will wake you up at 6:30am every day. Oh forgot, their service was terrible, they acted like they hated you. Stay elsewhere.
