Welcome to the Treasure Island Condominiums in Grand Cayman - Recently renovated, Treasure Island Condos is a popular condo resort located at the southern edge of Seven Mile Beach. The resort has a casual, relaxed atmosphere and offers something for everyone. A diving TI Condos - view from balconyadventure, a romantic retreat, a family getaway, or just an escape from everyday life. Sip cool tropical drinks in the brightly coloured open air lobby. Swim in one of the freshwater swimming pools, or plunge into a whirlpool. There is a wading pool for the children, and baby-sitting services are also available. For outdoor activities, you can step right off the beach into a coral reef teeming with underwater life. Sports enthusiasts will feel right at home here. Treasure Island offers their own tennis and beach volleyball courts. There is even a marked underwater snorkeling trail. Please note that even though the Hotel and the condos share the beach and the pool facilities, they are 2 separate complexes. Guests at Treasure Island Condos do not have signing privileges at the hotel and cannot get room service. The hotel portion was recently sold and is going to be used primarily as residential apartments, though there will still be some shops, a restaurant or 2 and a dive shop.

Treasure Island Condos is a complex of 96 one, two and three bedroom apartments. All condo units have been completely renovated during 2003. Each condo has central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 2 bathrooms, spacious living & dining area, washer and dryer, telephone, cable TV, VCR, and a private patio or balcony. 3rd floor oceanfront units have a vaulted ceiling and a spectacular view. Daily maid service is provided daily except on Sundays and public holidays.
