Comment: Staff was very helpful and couteous. Service was given in a friendly and efficient manner. We only wanted a place to stay overnight and not wanting the extras. It was great!

Comment: The location was excellent, and the service was prompt, polite, efficient and organized. As for the room, it was much better looking than in the photos, and very comfortable, especially the bed. When I arrived, everything was immaculate and in order, and someone even phoned immediately to ask if things were satisfactory. I am very satisfied and will stay there the next time I am in Montreal.

Comment: Service was indifferent the whole time we were there. Tried to get a taxi to the station and couldn't get any help from the hotel, luckily one stopped close by. If this hotel wants to be in the top league as far as hotels, it needs to work on its public relations.
