Comment: Excellent location, you can walk to all Clifton Hill attractions, and Falls. Room was super clean and staff curtious, helpful. Take the People Mover to Butterfly Sanctuary and whirlpool, then to Skylon Tower and Fallsview Casino. Do Maid of the Mist, whitewater rapids, Cave of the Winds, Goat Island on USA side if you can. You are right at the end of Rainbow Bridge for an easy ride across. Plan all day for this, so start early. Similar attractions on Canada side if you can't. This is a great place to stay, central to all the action. Free parking too.

Comment: Loved the patio of our room facing a wooded area. Great for smokers who don't like to smoke in the room.

Comment: staff was wonderful...beds hard and pillows unpliable.made for bad sleeping. room was clean..bathroom clean. people need to be told of free shuttle. didn't find out till checking out and saw it myself. i am handicapped and paid dearly for all those hills..esp. the one by the new casino.wonderful breeze from the falls and sound of the falls thru the window!!

Comment: The location of this hotel is pefect. I can't imagine a hotel with a better location. However the room we were in had a terrible mattress. I was clean but you can tell its getting old. There is another hotel that is in the same building and is the newer section. I would stay there next time.

Comment: I would not recommend this hotel --our room was wrong at check in -they are mostly outside rooms which are not clean (ours even came with bugs!), paper peeling from walls, carpet dirty, pillows and linens were worn, desk staff while pleasant were unhelpful. Pool areas need attention and the indoor one drops to a 7' depth in one step and is not supervised. NEVER would I stay there again nor recommend anyone else too.
