Comment: The hotel was very nice, very clean, and had a funky shower our kids loved. The pool was a bit cold, but totally wonderful. The only thing I'd add is a continental breakfast.

Comment: This HoJo's saved us from another night in a disgusting one 7 miles away! the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful; the room was ready early; well within walking distance to the American Falls activities for most people; terrific free cont. bkfst/although space small; happy dogs were visible visitors.

Comment: This hotel is in a congested "tourist" location, so getting in and out can be slow. We were in a bigger pickup truck and had a hard time finding a space to accommodate our vehicle. The gentleman working the night counter actually came outside to help us locate a parking space. If you are in normal health, you can definitely walk to the falls (Canadian), the Skylon, the casino and many other places, so that's convenient. The room was clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. We'd definitely stay there again.

Comment: Howard Johnsons by the Falls was very nice and clean. The shuttle was great they took you to just about everywhere.

Comment: I had read with interest several other travelers' comments on various hotels and was prepared for all sorts of snafus but was pleasantly surprised by a smooth stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus passes bought at hotel (well worth the $) and a stop just outside the door made our stay easier.

Comment: We booked this hotel based on reviews we read. Very disappointing. Our room had not been vaccumed in a while- we asked the front desk for the room to be recleaned. The maid complained that they were short-staffed and the vaccum was broken. The room was so dusty that we woke up congested every morning and the floor was so dirty that my children's feet were dirty from not wearing shoes in the room. my husband found a roach crawling along the edge of the hot tub!!!
