Comment: We stayed at the Brock Plaza Valentine's Day weekend, and we extremely disappointed. The hotel was dirty. We payed for a fallsview room and unless we crooked our necks, and looked to the right out of our window, we could not see the falls. The staff was rude and we check out the day after we got there (a day early). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
