Comment: The only 5 Star Novotel Hotel. Be aware stars in Bulgaria are different then in other countries. The hotel is getting old. Staff is friendly to tourists, but dosen't know how to treat bulgarian guests at all. Staff defnetly should be trained more to know, how to serve all guests needs. Rooms are clean and big, but old.
