Comment: Ein solches 4,5 Sterne Hotel habe ich noch nirgends erlebt!!! Restaurant ist ohne Service,ohne ausreichend Sitzplätze,ohne ausreichend Geschirr und Bestecke (Kaffe gibt es aus ewig ungepflegten und streikenden Kaffeautomaten in Plastikeinwegbechern.)Das internationale Personal kennt auf alle Fragen EINE ANTWORT "it´s not my Problem" Klima ohne Kühlung, Teppichboden ohne Pflege (überall) HELIOS SPArt,Ich spar mir Helios!!! Nie wieder Helios,Goldstrand immerwieder!
