the extraordinary multicoloured building of the colourful mansion in ahtopol has managed to become a real fashion attraction in the few months since it was built. many bulgarians stop to take pictures of it as they follow the road on the black sea southern coast towards the frontier (bourgas-sozopol-ahtopol-sinemorets-rezovo). it s quite usual to see cars with different registrations (sofia, vidin, rousse, iambol, plovdiv etc.) parked across the street from the mansion, causing traffic jams while the passengers decide which is the best angle for a photograph. and they are perfectly right because the options are numerous!
