Welcome to the Goldener Brunnen Hotel in Gmunden - The Hotel Goldener Brunnen is one of the most traditional hotels of Gmunden. The hotel is situated in the old centre of the city but very quiet and overlooking the river Traun. All 30 rooms are fitted with private bathroom/shower/WC, direct dialing telephone and cable-TV. Most of them offer a spectacular view to the lake or the river. In the restaurant they enjoy spoiling guests with excellent Austrian cuisine and in summer a large and quiet garden terrace is available. lift, free car park. All kinds of water sport - surfing, sailing, diving or fishing - on the Traunsee. Minotels are independently owned, usually family-run, hotels found all over Europe. The Minotel Group is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and all Minotels are expected to attain the high standards associated with the Swiss. Minotels come in all styles, and our brief description tries to give a flavour of each hotel and its location. All rooms are offered on a bed and breakfast basis with 1 child under 12 staying completely free in the parents' room. Two children under 12 and their parents pay for one double and one single room. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
